Who We Are

SYNC was founded by two women who experienced the same frustration from different sides.

Gemma, a women’s performance coach, works with capable women training hard yet feeling inconsistent, exhausted or constantly navigating setbacks. 

Sumeeta, a senior leader and committed athlete, was living that experience herself  - balancing ambition, training and the hormonal rhythms most tools overlook.

The problem wasn’t motivation or discipline. It was a lack of alignment.

SYNC was created to change that - helping women understand their physiology, train with greater clarity and stay IN-SYNC with their bodies.
